Setting up your account after receiving an invitation

User Invitation and initial setup

Any account administrator may invite a new user to their organization. Users should receive an invitation email for "[e-mail]" with instructions on setting up an account.

1.Setting up account

Simply click the "Go to" link, you will be redirected to https://logsone.com/account-setup.

2. Enter your email address

After entering your email address select "Start" to verify.

If all your details are correct and your signup link is valid, LogisticsOne will allow you to continue. Enter the remaining details such as timezone and set a unique password.

Password length and strength are managed by account coordinators at the Login Security settings page.

If password does not match password confirmation and/or password does not meet the minimum requirements set by your coordinator the "Complete" setup button will not appear.

4. Select complete button

Once you have selected complete you will be redirected to the https://app.logsone.com where you will enter your newly created login credentials and login.
