Is there anything to install?

No, LogisticsOne is web-based and runs on our secure HTTPS SSL cloud servers and works in all major, modern web browsers. We do recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best user experience.

Can I change/update my plan at any time?

Yes. You can change or update your plan by contacting customer service at (800) 734-9240 or our help team email support@logsone.com.

Are there any upfront fees?

There are no additional upfront costs outside the base and per user pricing. Free training videos and detailed documentation are available to help get you started.

Is our data secure?

Our highest priority is data security and we ensure our system is always up to date with the latest security patches and we will continue to employ the best data security practices.

Data is transmitted using HTTPS SSL meaning your data is transmitted via 256 bit encryption both to and from your web browser (the same as most modern secure web sites including banks).

How often is our data backed up?

Our second highest priority is data integrity. We employ daily automatic offsite backups of all data. This ensures you are no more than 12hrs without a readily available exact image(copy) of your data.

Who owns our data?

You do. You retain ownership of all the data you send and upload. This data can be requested and/or downloaded at any time.

What happens if my department exceeds our allowed storage or users?

Nothing, our system will not allow you to exceed your allotted plan, however at any time you can contact our customer service team at (800) 734-9240 or our help team email support@logsone.com to change/upgrade your plan.

How do we get started?

After signing our agreement, your project manager will assist with compiling all applicable information. Then we take care of the rest. After setup, we assist with implementation, and training.
