System Coordinator Setup

Get started with LogisticsOne, an introduction to setup

Please note that LogisticsOne Software is NOT COMPATIBLE with windows internet explorer.

Welcome Email

The system coordinator will receive an organization welcome and initial setup email.

Once you have received this email:

1. Click the link provided which will take you to the LogisticsOne initial setup page

2. Enter your email address

3. Select your timezone (Used to ensure dates and times are displayed correctly)

4. Create and confirm your password

After following the on-screen instructions, you will be redirected to LogisticsOne via URL app.logsone.com.

This URL is used to access the LogisticsOne software from any modern web browser. We recommend Google chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best user experience.

After your information is vetted you will be redirected to your login page where you can sign in with your newly created login credentials.

Setup errors & email expiration

Welcome emails expire within seven days and will show an expired link error after the seven days.

If you have not received your email, or if it is past the seven day period, please contact our support department [e-mail] or [phone] option 2.
